Inspect and accept or reject work per codes and company quality program. Perform audits, maintain records and tools, ensure safety compliance, and carry out housekeeping and other QC duties on-site.

Lead and perform boilermaking tasks: assemble, inspect, repair boilers, tanks and pressure vessels per blueprints; rig and signal crane lifts; align and weld sections; install auxiliaries and fittings; test for leaks; perform flame cutting, tube work, and minor maintenance while enforcing safety and guiding crew members.

Prepare complete estimates and project plans by reviewing drawings, specifications, and historical data; calculate takeoffs, worker-hours, and materials; maintain estimate documentation; set up work sites, follow hazardous waste and safety procedures, and perform general site housekeeping and physical tasks as required.
