- Indexes invoices in preparation to enter the workflow process
- Data entry into indexing software
- Filing and general office duties
- Responsible for the processing high volume both efficiently and accurately
- Assist in other accounting areas and respective functions, providing support to the team as necessary

Preferred Qualifications- Experience in accounts payable, or other closely related field preferred but not required
- Excellent typing skills and 10-key preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience working in construction software, preferably JDE
- Demonstrate a high degree of ownership
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
