Drive retail beverage sales by building relationships with retailers, introducing new products, maximizing displays, coordinating with distribution to keep accounts stocked, and meeting/exceeding sales goals.

Lead and coach retail sales staff to meet sales goals, support the Sales Manager, execute planograms and company initiatives, hire and onboard team members, operate electronic sales devices, travel between customer locations, and perform frequent in-store physical work.

Select and stage beverage cases using a handheld pick list, stack and secure pallets for delivery, operate pallet jack equipment, and maintain safe, efficient warehouse order fulfillment in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Provide high-level administrative support to the President/CEO and executive team, including scheduling, project coordination, communications, travel arrangements, presentations, office and vendor management, and special projects while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring timely completion of critical tasks.
