The School Data Coordinator will manage and analyze student and staff data, assist with reporting, and support data-driven decision making at Broome Street Academy.

Lead instructional strategy, curriculum alignment, teacher coaching, and data-driven systems to increase Regents pass rates, credit accumulation, and overall student achievement. Oversee observation/feedback cycles, design professional development, collaborate with Special Education and ELL teams, and support SUNY accountability goals during a school turnaround.

Serve as the main, welcoming point of contact for families, visitors, and students; manage phone and front-office workflows; support the Operations Manager with facility coordination, mail, procurement, attendance tracking, and data entry; provide calendar and administrative support to senior leadership; help maintain organized records and family communication to support the school's turnaround and operational stability.
