Teams at Broome Street Academy Charter High School

Coordinates school operations, including main office administration, purchasing, inventory, vendor relations, student records, attendance, compliance, events, field trips, facilities requests, and emergency readiness. Maintains ATS enrollment and attendance data, ensures FERPA-aligned records management, supports payroll inputs, tracks budgets and supplies, and provides welcoming customer service to students, families, staff, and visitors. Partners with the Director of Operations to standardize workflows and support organizational turnaround.

The School Data Coordinator will manage and analyze student and staff data, assist with reporting, and support data-driven decision making at Broome Street Academy.

Lead instructional strategy, curriculum alignment, teacher coaching, and data-driven systems to increase Regents pass rates, credit accumulation, and overall student achievement. Oversee observation/feedback cycles, design professional development, collaborate with Special Education and ELL teams, and support SUNY accountability goals during a school turnaround.
