Manage Brooks footwear, apparel, and accessory sales across Southwest Germany, driving territory revenue, margins, sell-in, and sell-through. Manage research programs in exercise physiology to enhance runner performance and reduce injuries, collaborating with product teams, analyzing data, and leading innovative studies.

Lead and manage a Run Research team studying runners' mental performance and experience. Design and execute lab and field studies, translate quantitative and qualitative findings into product insights, advance data collection and analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to influence footwear and experience development. Oversee project portfolios, mentor team members, and present research internally and externally.
