Perform R&D on non-contact optical fabrication: design and test an Einzel-lens-enabled IBF module, develop APPJ/APPF process recipes and diagnostics, create physics-informed and data-driven ML models for process control, integrate hybrid metrology (interferometry, deflectometry, AFM, SEM), iterate on experiments with automation and data acquisition, collaborate with internal and external experts, and publish and present results.
