Leads Primavera P6 master scheduling and integrated project controls for large-scale laboratory projects. Responsibilities include schedule development, integration, governance, resource loading, critical-path and risk analysis, earned value management, forecasting, change control, DOE review support, reporting, and mentoring project controls staff. The role also establishes scheduling standards, integrates P6 with project-management tools, and advises stakeholders on schedule performance and recovery plans.

Leads administrative operations across a scientific directorate, supervising and developing administrative staff, allocating resources, standardizing processes, and supporting executive leadership. Oversees complex personnel, procurement, finance, travel, facilities, records, communications, meetings, and shared services while ensuring policy and DOE compliance. Analyzes organizational information, prepares reports and recommendations, resolves sensitive operational issues, and builds collaborative partnerships across laboratory organizations.

Provides enterprise application architecture leadership across Brookhaven National Laboratory’s business application portfolio. Responsibilities include developing technology roadmaps, leading modernization and cloud adoption, establishing architecture standards and governance, reviewing solution architectures, evaluating platforms and software, reducing technical debt, advising leadership, and mentoring architects and senior engineers. The role partners with business stakeholders, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, sustainable technology solutions.
