Graduate Nurse provides inpatient patient care under direct RN supervision while completing the nursing orientation pathway. Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, medication and treatment administration, documentation, patient education, discharge planning, delegation, safety monitoring, emergency response, and performance improvement. The nurse must complete NCLEX within eight weeks of graduation and transition to an RN position after licensure.

Full-time OB/GYN providing full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care at Bronson Methodist Hospital. Responsibilities include diagnosis, treatment, prenatal care, minor office procedures, patient education, ordering and documenting tests, prescribing treatments, supervising mid-level staff, collaborating with hospitalists, midwives, MFM specialists, and participating in quality improvement and education programs.

Perform cleaning and infection-control tasks across patient rooms, surgical and public areas. Restock supplies, handle waste and linens, operate floor care and UV disinfection equipment, document tasks, follow CDC/OSHA/Joint Commission policies, and provide customer-focused service to patients, staff, and visitors.

Provide on-call urgent care services as an NP or PA for patients three months and older in an outpatient/urgent care setting. Perform histories, physicals, interpret tests, develop treatment plans within scope, coordinate multidisciplinary care, manage utilization and documentation, and be available for nursing questions and status changes during variable hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Coordinate and process patient referrals across physicians, specialty and primary care offices, and payers. Manage EHR referral/order queues, schedule appointments, obtain billing/demographic information, secure prior authorizations, process referrals using CPT/ICD-9 coding, communicate delays/denials, participate in case management, and provide customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
