Responsibilities include diagnosis, treatment, prenatal care, minor office procedures, patient education, ordering and documenting tests, prescribing treatments, supervising mid-level staff, collaborating with hospitalists, midwives, MFM specialists, and participating in quality improvement and education programs.

Cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift donors and prospects. Manage a donor portfolio, develop individualized engagement and solicitation strategies, collaborate with leadership and clinical partners, support grateful patient and community fundraising, prepare donor materials, maintain CRM records, and track pipeline progress to increase philanthropic revenue and campaign readiness.

Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care for patients with breast disorders and high-risk patients. Provide on-call urgent care services as an NP or PA for patients three months and older in an outpatient/urgent care setting. Perform histories, physicals, interpret tests, develop treatment plans within scope, coordinate multidisciplinary care, manage utilization and documentation, and be available for nursing questions and status changes during variable hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Provide secretarial and clerical support to directors or management teams including calendar management, correspondence, reports, data entry, budget assistance, and special projects. Maintain files, compose routine documents, manage phone communications, operate office equipment, and produce recurring reports. Role requires strong organization, decision-making, typing, and Microsoft Office skills; duties vary by department.
