Serve as a strategic recruitment partner for nursing roles, managing full-cycle hiring, workforce planning, academic partnerships, and talent pipelines. Consult with nurse leaders on hiring strategy, competency-based interviewing, and retention initiatives. Use ATS (Workday), analytics, and sourcing tools to attract and onboard RNs and LPNs, support residency and student programs, and represent Bronson at recruiting events.

Provides hospital unit support through patient-room cleaning, restocking supplies, equipment delivery, answering call lights, transporting patients, serving meals, assisting with basic patient care, data entry, chart packet preparation, and communication with nursing staff. The role requires frequent standing and walking, light lifting, occasional assistance moving patients, computer use, and effective communication with healthcare team members.

Manage donor fund distribution, oversee funding requests from intake through evaluation, supervise support staff, execute fundraising appeals and stewardship, support campaign materials and donor relations across the healthcare system.
