Develops and supports business intelligence reports, dashboards, extracts, data models, and analytics for financial, operational, and clinical healthcare systems. Partners with stakeholders to define requirements, validate data, troubleshoot reporting issues, document solutions, and improve decision-making. Participates in Agile development, system implementations, testing, upgrades, and vendor collaboration. Serves as a subject matter expert and mentors junior analysts while leading small projects and supporting healthcare information systems.

Prepares and processes human tissue specimens for microscopic examination and diagnosis. Performs fixation, embedding, microtomy, processing, staining, quality control, instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, and result reporting. Maintains laboratory safety and regulatory standards, supports testing operations, and assists with training new employees and students. The role requires independent judgment, attention to detail, competency in high-complexity testing, and flexibility for weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts.

Processes third-party healthcare claims and payments, verifies insurance eligibility, analyzes coding and billing accuracy, resolves rejections and accounts receivable issues, posts adjustments and refunds, and applies payer contracts and government regulations. Uses multiple revenue-cycle systems, prepares reimbursement documentation, and ensures claims comply with payer, state, federal, and HIPAA requirements.
