Provide administrative and clinical leadership hospital-wide as the on-duty House Supervisor RN. Coordinate admissions/transfers, manage capacity and staffing, respond to emergencies/incidents, support staff and patient safety, lead safety/bed planning meetings, oversee supplies/equipment, and complete required certifications and training.

Provide RN case management for hospitalized patients: assess, plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate transition-of-care plans, drive multidisciplinary rounds, monitor outcomes (LOS, readmissions), arrange post-discharge resources, and act as liaison among patients, families, clinical teams, and community services.

Provide administrative and clinical leadership hospital-wide during shifts: coordinate admissions/transfers, manage capacity and staffing, lead safety and bed-planning meetings, respond to crises and atypical events, conduct rounds, ensure compliance with policies, and support patient care and staff. Must demonstrate population-specific clinical competencies and collaborate with physicians, Rapid Response, and external organizations.
