Manage a portfolio of approximately 300 donors and prospects, cultivating relationships, soliciting gifts, recording engagement activity, and coordinating acknowledgements. Lead the organization’s planned giving program, including legacy donor stewardship, recruitment strategies, events, recognition, and realized gift tracking. Support donor events, fundraising appeals, grant proposals, and communications while collaborating with development and analytics teams. Requires frequent evening and weekend participation during fundraising campaigns and events.

Manage a portfolio of approximately 300 donors and prospects, cultivate relationships, solicit and secure gifts of $1,000 or more, and maintain accurate donor records in Raiser's Edge/NXT. Draft solicitation, acknowledgment, and occasional grant materials; support Leadership Council administration, donor communications, acknowledgements, and fundraising events. Participate in numerous evening and weekend Broadway fundraising activities and meetings.

Coordinates ticketing and auction programs from planning through fulfillment, including event setup, ticket sales, comp ticket administration, seating, communications, auction item solicitation, Charitybuzz postings, live auction logistics, donor and winner relationships, and fulfillment of tickets and experiences. Maintains fundraising records, analyzes ticket trends, supports special events, and participates in evening and weekend fundraising activities.

Design responsive Mailchimp emails, WordPress pages and themes, wireframes, digital assets, and accessible web experiences. Collaborate with the web developer to translate designs into functional websites and test across devices, browsers, and email clients. Maintain brand consistency across websites and support graphic, social, print, video, and event projects. Manage multiple deadlines, organize digital assets, and participate in fundraising events, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Develops and produces visual concepts and creative assets for print, digital, social media, email, merchandise, events, and fundraising campaigns. Maintains brand standards, prepares production-ready files, collaborates with internal teams, printers, and vendors, and manages multiple projects and deadlines. Supports photo shoots, video productions, brainstorming, and campaign development while maintaining organized project files and asset libraries.
