Supports the end-to-end onboarding process from offer acceptance through Day 1 activation. Responsibilities include coordinating pre-employment documentation, screenings, I-9 and E-Verify activities, tracking self-onboarding completion, communicating with new hires and managers, maintaining onboarding records, supporting equipment and access readiness, auditing documentation, and escalating issues. The role ensures timely, accurate, compliant, and welcoming onboarding experiences while partnering with People, IT, and other internal stakeholders.

Supports the Experience & Events team with employee recognition, engagement, onboarding, internal communications, company celebrations, and people-team events. Responsibilities include coordinating programs, ordering and tracking gifts, scheduling, creating welcome videos and presentations, maintaining support programs, handling confidential information, and identifying process improvements. The role is hybrid in Fort Mill, South Carolina, with occasional travel to company locations.

Manage MarCom project intake, workflow, timelines, and asset trafficking via Monday.com. Oversee resource planning, capacity management, vendor coordination, print/signage production, and executive reporting. Drive process improvements, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve delivery, visibility, and quality across digital, social, print, events, and community outreach initiatives.

Design, build, and support BI reports and analyses; consult with business partners, document requirements, manage requests through development/QA, provide end-user training and first-tier SSAS support, and consolidate reporting for consistent use across the company.
