Supervise distribution center operations, including receiving, storage, product preparation, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment. Lead team meetings, set goals, train and coach employees, monitor productivity, ensure safety compliance, organize schedules and attendance, resolve problems, and meet departmental deadlines. The role requires working Tuesday through Saturday in a non-climate-controlled warehouse and lifting up to 75 pounds.

Leads daily operations for an 88,000-square-foot distribution center with approximately 38 team members. Oversees receiving, storage, shipping, inventory accuracy, quality control, order fulfillment, scheduling, KPI reporting, team development, and workplace safety. The role requires coordinating inbound and outbound activities, motivating employees, improving efficiency, and supporting a safe, high-performing warehouse environment.
