Contract Recruiter sources, evaluates, and builds candidate pipelines; schedules interviews; maintains recruiting documentation and reporting; ensures excellent candidate experience and compliance with HR policies while supporting Talent Acquisition priorities.

Supervise daily distribution center operations including receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment. Lead, coach, and develop team members; run meetings; set goals; ensure safety and productivity; perform data entry, reporting, and problem solving to meet departmental targets.

Support end-to-end new-hire onboarding from offer acceptance through Day 1 activation. Manage communications, track task completion, coordinate pre-employment checks (I-9, E-Verify), partner with IT and stakeholders, maintain onboarding records, respond to inquiries, and escalate complex issues to the Senior Generalist to ensure compliant, timely, and welcoming new-hire experiences.
