Lead a full accounting books cleanup for a multi-entity, multi-location mental healthcare business. Responsibilities include establishing revenue recognition, AR reserves, AP and payroll accruals, lease accounting, inventory and GL reviews, intercompany accounting, consolidations, reconciliations, internal controls, and audit-ready close processes. The Controller will advise the CFO, make accounting judgments, document repeatable processes, and present findings to executive leadership.

Execute a full accounting cleanup for a multi-location, multi-entity mental healthcare business. Responsibilities include revenue-cycle accounting, AR and AP reconciliation, accruals, payroll accounting, lease schedules, inventory and balance-sheet reviews, intercompany accounting, consolidation support, and month-end close documentation. The role partners with the CFO and may develop into a full Controller position.

Lead large-scale, complex enterprise implementations at the program level. Define delivery strategies, manage governance across workstreams, advise executive stakeholders, resolve escalations, align business and technical teams, and drive organizational change. The role requires 6–10 years of project management experience in ERP, software implementation, or technology consulting, plus professional English and Spanish proficiency.
