Serve as a trusted NetSuite advisor for multiple clients, providing functional support, troubleshooting, configuration, optimization, and solution delivery. Manage enhancement requests and small-to-medium projects across finance, procurement, order management, inventory, projects, and manufacturing. Configure workflows, dashboards, saved searches, KPIs, forms, and custom records; collaborate on scripts and integrations; conduct system reviews; support testing, documentation, change management, SOX compliance, and client relationship management.

Lead and own the FP&A function: manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling; build Power BI executive dashboards; analyze performance and present insights to leadership; partner with the CFO on strategic decision-making; drive reporting and process improvements; support M&A/Private Equity activities; and manage one direct report.

Design, document, build, and sustain integrations between NetSuite and enterprise systems (CRMs, ecommerce, POS, warehouses, trading partners). Lead integration architecture using iPaaS, define requirements, guide developers, troubleshoot integrations (including EDI), support presales scoping, and create reusable patterns and best practices.
