Designs and maintains ETL pipelines for IRS data warehousing using SQL, Python, shell scripting, Sybase IQ, and PostgreSQL. Applies statistical and machine learning methods to clean, analyze, and model large datasets. Responsibilities include data quality, pipeline optimization, troubleshooting, documentation, metadata management, stakeholder collaboration, and deployment in Linux, Windows, OpenShift, and Kubernetes environments.

Analyze scientific data and findings and prepare reports. Perform FOIA disclosure review and redact records using Adobe Acrobat Pro. Apply statutory exemptions, prepare Vaughn indices, maintain FOIA tracking databases, communicate with requesters and stakeholders, and ensure compliance and timely reporting.

Conduct full-cycle recruiting for federal program and organizational positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer support, and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers, maintain candidate communication and accurate ATS records, provide pipeline updates, and support proposal staffing, contract transitions, and program start-ups. Develop knowledge of government contracting environments and security clearance-related recruiting requirements.
