Executes monthly billing cycles in SAP BRIM, validates pricing, taxes, discounts, usage, and invoices, and performs billing reconciliations and audits. Resolves data discrepancies, supports revenue assurance, maintains billing dashboards and KPI reports, participates in system testing, and recommends process improvements. Collaborates with Finance, IT, Product, Accounting, Collections, Customer Service, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely billing.

Lead the design systems and experience quality practice for Brightspeed’s digital products. Create and maintain reusable Figma components, interaction patterns, documentation, prototypes, accessibility standards, and reference experiences. Partner with design and technology teams to align design tokens, coded components, and front-end implementation. Develop consistent patterns for AI, conversational, and agent-based experiences, including feedback, confirmation, errors, escalation, and human handoff. Guide cross-functional teams through specialized expertise, workshops, and influence without direct people management.

Drive corporate transformation by identifying initiative gaps, diagnosing roadblocks, establishing cross-department enablers, and defining incremental value-creation opportunities. Conduct strategic reviews, assess risks, develop implementation plans, and communicate initiative progress, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership. The role requires structured problem solving, quantitative analysis, stakeholder management, and leadership across multiple transformational programs.
