Partners with executive stakeholders, leads business reviews and working sessions, identifies risks and expansion opportunities, troubleshoots complex issues, and provides strategic recommendations. Requires HME or home infusion operations expertise, process improvement experience, Brightree experience, healthcare billing knowledge, and domestic travel up to 20–30%.

Performs specialized software quality engineering work within product development, contributing to product specifications, designs, testing, and improvement projects. Collaborates with customers, developers, and stakeholders; leads project teams, mentors junior engineers, applies quality methodologies, solves complex problems, and serves as a best-practice resource.

Implement, optimize, and scale AI-driven capabilities across Customer Support. Identify automation opportunities, configure solutions, monitor performance, troubleshoot integrations, and create repeatable frameworks to improve self-service, agent workflows, and operational KPIs.
