The Director of Revenue Cycle Operations leads day-to-day management of revenue cycle processes, oversees operational strategies, resolves issues, manages vendor relationships, and drives team performance and engagement.

Design, build, and operate scalable, cloud-native, event-driven .NET systems. Own architecture, reliability, CI/CD, APIs, and mentoring; apply AI-assisted tools, testing, and data-centric design to improve product scalability and customer adoption.

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable .NET-based web services and front-end applications. Build and operate databases and microservices in AWS, apply CI/CD and secure coding practices, use AI-assisted development tools, participate in architecture and code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to improve system performance and reliability.
