The Senior Project Manager leads SaaS customer implementations, managing large-scale projects through all phases, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Implement, optimize, and scale AI-driven capabilities across Customer Support. Identify automation opportunities, configure solutions, monitor performance, troubleshoot integrations, and create repeatable frameworks to improve self-service, agent workflows, and operational KPIs.

Provide consultative, high-quality SaaS application support for Brightree; troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, document knowledge base articles, identify systemic trends, escalate to Product/Engineering, mentor team members, and contribute to process improvements to maximize customer value.

The Sales Development Representative will focus on outbound lead generation, qualify prospects, manage the pipeline, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales for HME providers in Sleep Resupply programs.
