Provide school-based intensive outpatient case management and behavioral health interventions for youth. Coordinate care with schools, families, and providers, manage caseload documentation, perform crisis intervention and outreach, conduct home visits, support treatment-plan goals, and participate in quality assurance and staff development.

Coordinate care with families and providers, deliver evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, ACT), maintain records, facilitate PSR groups, participate in training, and connect clients with community resources to support recovery and independence.

Provide immediate, face-to-face or telehealth crisis intervention, perform risk assessments and safety planning, coordinate hospitalizations/referrals, document in electronic medical records, collaborate with law enforcement and community partners, respond to on-call mobile crisis requests, and attend trainings to maintain competencies and compliance.

Provide school-based behavioral health interventions, support students' social-emotional and daily living skills, manage a caseload with timely documentation, perform crisis intervention and home visits, coordinate care with families, schools, and community providers, and assist with data tracking, quality assurance, and professional development.

Serve as the first point of contact in a clinical setting: greet clients, verify information and insurance, schedule appointments, manage EMR, collect payments, handle phone inquiries, coordinate referrals, and support quality improvement initiatives.

Connect students and families to behavioral health services by coordinating referrals, verifying insurance/Medicaid, scheduling intakes, documenting in EHRs, liaising with schools and community partners, and supporting compliance and administrative tasks.

Coordinate and oversee community and in-home services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Develop and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISPs), ensure HIPAA compliance and documentation accuracy, supervise and evaluate staff, conduct record and therapy reviews, monitor residential health and safety, manage ISL budgets, and facilitate community participation and medical coordination.
