Provides intensive school-based outpatient case management and individualized behavioral interventions for youth. Lead design and implementation of LLM-enabled analytics on Snowflake, build natural-language-to-SQL and conversational interfaces, develop semantic data models and prototypes, productionize AI solutions, set architectural best practices, mentor teams, and ensure responsible, governed AI usage.

Provide on-call mobile and telephone crisis intervention, conduct face-to-face assessments, perform risk evaluations and safety planning, coordinate with crisis team, law enforcement, and community resources, document per regulatory guidelines, and support crisis stabilization and referrals.

Provide peer-driven individual and group recovery support using lived experience. Assist clients with treatment and recovery plans, coordinate community referrals, document services to state/CARF standards, participate in staffing and transition planning, and provide crisis intervention and transportation assistance as needed.

Provide direct clinical psychiatric care including evaluations, medication management, emergency response, caseload management, staff consultation, training, program evaluation, grant support, and community behavioral health education. Lead design and delivery of LLM-enabled analytics on the enterprise data platform (Snowflake/Cortex). Build natural language-to-SQL solutions, semantic data models, and AI prototypes; productionize scalable LLM-driven analytics; define architectural patterns, governance, and best practices; mentor engineers and collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams.

Provide on-site job coaching and coordinate work-based learning for high-school VR clients. Lead soft-skills training, prepare plans/reports, manage intake/new-hire paperwork, transport students, and report progress to leadership and referral sources.

Conduct comprehensive behavioral health screenings and assessments, establish provisional diagnoses, create treatment recommendations and referral plans, coordinate follow-up services, provide crisis intervention and safety planning, maintain compliant clinical documentation, support quality assurance and grant-related data collection, and deliver community education as needed.
