Coordinates the organization’s incident management program by reviewing, triaging, routing, and monitoring incident reports. Ensures timely regulatory and EMT reporting, maintains confidential records, follows up on case progress, and supports compliance with healthcare regulations. Communicates with staff and leaders to obtain information, provides guidance on reporting procedures, prepares incident activity reports, and supports the Clinical Risk Management team. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency with electronic reporting systems.

Provides community-based mental health services, including assessments, treatment planning, behavioral interventions, skills development, group facilitation, and care coordination. Supports children, adolescents, and adults using strengths-based, trauma-informed, CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing approaches. Maintains client records, collaborates with families and providers, connects clients to community resources, and participates in staff training and quality improvement initiatives.

Provides bilingual peer recovery support to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. Responsibilities include developing recovery goals and treatment plans, offering mentoring and crisis intervention, coordinating appointments and referrals, transporting and accompanying clients, connecting individuals with community resources, documenting services, facilitating education groups, and advocating for client independence and resilience. Requires fluency in Hakha Chin and English, lived recovery experience, peer-support training, and a valid driver’s license.
