Provide school-based intensive outpatient case management and behavioral health interventions for youth. Coordinate care with schools, families, and providers, manage caseload documentation, perform crisis intervention and outreach, conduct home visits, support treatment-plan goals, and participate in quality assurance and staff development.

Provide clinical and operational leadership for a substance use disorder recovery program: supervise staff, conduct assessments and therapy, manage schedules and budgets, ensure compliance through record audits, coordinate referrals and transitions, lead clinical meetings, deliver clinical supervision and training, and collaborate with community partners to improve client outcomes.

Provide community-based mental health services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, behavioral interventions, PSR group facilitation, documentation, care coordination with families and external providers, and participation in staff development and quality improvement.
