Develops and delivers clinical and operational training, assesses organizational learning needs, creates educational materials, coordinates training opportunities, maintains training records, and evaluates learning effectiveness. The role partners with clinical, operational, HR, compliance, and executive leaders to support onboarding, workforce development, quality standards, clinical best practices, audits, and continuous improvement across behavioral health programs.

Coordinates and delivers orientation, onboarding, CPR, First Aid, and specialized training for community services associates. Develops follow-up training, evaluates organizational needs, researches learning opportunities, and supports professional development initiatives. Partners with regional and statewide leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality training. The role requires travel throughout Missouri, CPR/First Aid instruction, knowledge of intellectual and developmental disability services, and compliance with Missouri standards.

Monitor assistive technology dashboards for assigned clients, respond promptly to alerts, notify designated contacts, review client plans and guidelines, and document all interactions according to Medicaid standards. The role also involves communicating urgent system issues, collaborating with team members, maintaining dependable attendance, and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Basic computer proficiency, strong communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and successful background screenings are required.
