Leads and evaluates support staff, collaborates with families and interdisciplinary teams, monitors health and safety, coordinates medical and wellness needs, reviews documentation, conducts quality audits, manages records and budgets, and ensures compliance with organizational, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.

Facilitates therapeutic groups for children and adolescents in a behavioral health setting. Responsibilities include preparing sessions, leading activities and discussions, managing group dynamics, documenting participation and progress, collaborating with treatment teams, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting positive treatment outcomes.

Provide front-desk clerical support in a clinician practice: greet and check in clients, verify information and insurance, schedule and manage appointments, handle phone inquiries, manage electronic medical records, collect payments, prepare client records, coordinate referrals, maintain a welcoming reception area, participate in quality improvement, and assist leadership with projects.
