Front-desk role handling patient scheduling, insurance/benefits verification, payment collection and cash reconciliation, EMR data entry, phone triage, referrals coordination, and maintaining reception area while providing excellent customer service.

Provides intensive school-based outpatient case management and individualized behavioral interventions for youth. Coordinates care with schools, families, and providers, manages caseloads, performs crisis intervention, conducts home visits/outreach, completes documentation and data collection, ensures compliance with agency and state protocols, and participates in training and supervision.

Provide community-based mental health services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, behavioral interventions, and coordination of care. Develop individualized plans, use evidence-based practices (MI, CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care), facilitate PSR groups, maintain records, participate in training, and collaborate with families, schools, and community providers to support client resilience and independence.
