Develop concepts, storyboards, and scripts; create motion graphics, animations, sound effects, and visual effects; manage multimedia projects from concept through delivery; track emerging video trends; and oversee a small production team while ensuring deadlines, quality, learner engagement, and brand growth.

Create static graphics for social media, websites, paid ads, brochures, banners, email campaigns, learning content, and brand collateral. Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, branding, and marketing teams to produce cohesive visuals that support engagement and conversion. Maintain consistent brand identity, follow guidelines, monitor design trends, and deliver polished work across multiple projects and tight deadlines.
