Leads group-wide controllership, financial reporting, month-end closing, internal controls, audits, taxation, treasury, regulatory compliance, and accounts payable and receivable. Oversees banking, cash flow, intercompany reconciliations, financial systems automation, M&A integration, and statutory filings. Builds and manages the finance team while partnering with business stakeholders to support scalable growth across India and global markets.

Serves as the primary HR partner for the US Sales team, managing employee engagement, grievances, HR records, dashboards, payroll coordination, exits, performance reviews, policy compliance, and employee lifecycle processes. Supports managers with workforce planning, performance discussions, and employee relations while collaborating with Sales Leadership, Training, Admin, Recruitment, and senior HR stakeholders on strategic initiatives.

Lead and mentor a distributed sales team targeting US K12 schools, districts, and homeschool networks. Develop regional sales strategies, manage targets and KPIs, oversee CRM pipeline and reporting, and drive revenue growth. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong US market knowledge, sales coaching, stakeholder communication, and data-informed decision-making in an international startup environment.
