Develops and executes content marketing strategies across web, blogs, social media, email, video, and other channels. Responsibilities include content planning, research, creation, SEO optimization, AI-assisted workflows, distribution, community engagement, analytics, reporting, and performance optimization. The role collaborates with marketing, design, and video teams to maintain brand consistency and generate measurable business results.

Serve as the first point of contact for customers using accounts and bookkeeping software. Resolve queries by phone and email, diagnose issues, guide users through the product, use AI-powered support tools, maintain accounting knowledge, assist colleagues, and help meet support targets.

Provide technical support for customer-reported application issues by debugging, replicating problems, interrogating data with SQL, and identifying root causes. Build internal Retool tools, support integrations, document fixes, improve testing, and collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering. Prospect and qualify new business opportunities across Ireland and the UK, conduct product demonstrations, build relationships, and hand qualified opportunities to Account Executives. Maintain CRM records, gather prospect information, answer software questions, process orders, and meet activity, pipeline, and revenue targets while supporting Bright’s accounting software sales growth.

Responsibilities include debugging customer issues, investigating data with SQL, creating reports, documenting fixes, maintaining Retool tools, supporting integrations with Vitally, Zapier, and Sentry, improving testing processes, and exploring AI-enabled workflow improvements. The role requires strong troubleshooting, communication, prioritization, and the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
