Manage end-to-end customer relationships on the TimeKeeper platform: onboard and train new customers, support existing users, gather and analyze feedback, maintain helpdesk documentation, and run demos/webinars. Act as the resident product expert, contribute to customer success initiatives to drive renewals, and support strategic growth and process improvements.
