Prospect and qualify new business opportunities across Ireland and the UK, conduct product demonstrations, build relationships, and hand qualified opportunities to Account Executives. Maintain CRM records, gather prospect information, answer software questions, process orders, and meet activity, pipeline, and revenue targets while supporting Bright’s accounting software sales growth.

Provides technical application support between Customer Success and Engineering. Responsibilities include debugging customer issues, investigating data with SQL, creating reports, documenting fixes, maintaining Retool tools, supporting integrations with Vitally, Zapier, and Sentry, improving testing processes, and exploring AI-enabled workflow improvements. The role requires strong troubleshooting, communication, prioritization, and the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.

Provides day-to-day HR support across employee relations, policy guidance, leave management, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, documentation, engagement surveys, reporting, compliance, and HR projects. The role advises employees and managers, maintains accurate people records, supports right-to-work and contract audits, and explores AI tools to improve HR workflows.
