Monitor fleet regulations and industry trends, identify market opportunities, translate complex requirements into customer value propositions, and lead product launches and sales enablement. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and regional teams while managing cross-functional marketing initiatives and content development.

Provides German- and English-language technical and administrative customer support through phone and email. Troubleshoots issues, manages customer expectations, updates Salesforce CRM records, and collaborates across departments to deliver accurate solutions and maintain customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills, along with the ability to learn new products and follow service processes.

Owns technical and product content across hardware, software, APIs, installation guides, release communications, and OEM integrations. Manages structured authoring, localization workflows, translation vendors, publication, content calendars, and documentation maintenance. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, release-ready content across markets and languages.

Own and grow strategic and integration partnerships across the fleet, mobility, and transportation technology ecosystem. Own new business acquisition for enterprise accounts across DACH: prospect, manage complex cross-border sales cycles, engage C-level stakeholders, build account and territory plans, work with presales/marketing/customer success, and maintain pipeline, forecasts and CRM to meet revenue and ACV/ARR targets.

Generate leads and qualify midmarket prospects across the DACH region through outbound calling, emailing and social selling. Nurture opportunities, set meetings for account managers, collaborate with marketing, log data in Salesforce, and use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Google Alerts to self-generate prospects. Attend team meetings and training to hit measurable sales targets.

Lead Benelux marketing with end-to-end ownership of pipeline and revenue impact. Partner with Sales, run ABM and demand-generation campaigns, manage budget/KPIs, execute events, and collaborate with central marketing teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Serve as the primary technical contact for South Africa, troubleshoot and escalate issues, train and onboard partners, lead regional strategic projects and pilots, and collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure technical alignment and customer success.
