Own assigned procurement categories and lead end-to-end sourcing (RFIs/RFQs/RFPs), supplier selection, negotiation, and contract lifecycle management. Drive cost optimization, supplier consolidation, and procurement governance using spend analysis and dashboards. Monitor supplier performance, manage renewals and risks, and partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, and operations to deliver measurable sourcing outcomes.

Design, operate, and optimize reliable, scalable PostgreSQL and Oracle database platforms. Manage production PostgreSQL in Kubernetes, tune queries and schemas, ensure backups/replication/HA/DR, monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, improve security and automation, support upgrades and change management, and collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams.

Own end-to-end partner recruitment and onboarding to grow the reseller, distributor, integrator and strategic partner network. Identify target partners, build a recruitment pipeline, negotiate contracts, drive activation and first revenue, ensure partners complete training/certification and technical integration readiness (APIs/connectors, TMS/ERP interoperability), track KPIs and funnel health, and provide market insights and recommendations to leadership to expand service-led, integrated solutions.
