Join the Benelux sales team to generate and qualify new B2B leads, support senior reps, manage CRM and sales administration, maintain pipeline and reporting, and develop sales skills for future territory ownership. Focus on outbound prospecting, customer follow-up, and collaboration across teams to meet revenue targets.

Own assigned procurement categories and lead end-to-end sourcing (RFIs/RFQs/RFPs), supplier selection, negotiation, and contract lifecycle management. Drive cost optimization, supplier consolidation, and procurement governance using spend analysis and dashboards. Monitor supplier performance, manage renewals and risks, and partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, and operations to deliver measurable sourcing outcomes.

Design, operate, and optimize reliable, secure, and scalable PostgreSQL and Oracle database platforms. Maintain production databases in Kubernetes (CloudNativePG/CNPG), tune queries and schemas, manage backups/replication/HA/DR, monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, automate DBA tasks, and collaborate with engineers and DevOps to support feature delivery and operational readiness.
