Provide technical and administrative customer support to UKI customers via phone and email. Develop and own customer-focused content and creative strategy for Webfleet’s customer marketing campaigns. Lead customer education, onboarding, in-platform messaging, and an online education hub across the customer lifecycle. Create on-brand messaging, collaborate with marketing and project teams, use AI and emerging tools to expand content capabilities, and make complex concepts accessible through compelling storytelling.

Manage HR administration for employees in Germany, South Africa, and another European country, including onboarding, offboarding, absence management, benefits, HR data updates, and payroll coordination. Serve as the employee point of contact, maintain data quality, produce reports, and improve HR processes through automation and AI tools. The role requires international HR experience, basic European labor law and payroll knowledge, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and German.
