SAP and Readsoft experience are advantageous.

Drive go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and commercial success for compliance and sustainability solutions. Monitor fleet regulations and industry trends, identify market opportunities, translate complex requirements into customer value propositions, and lead product launches and sales enablement. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and regional teams while managing cross-functional marketing initiatives and content development.

Provides German- and English-language technical and administrative customer support through phone and email. Troubleshoots issues, manages customer expectations, updates Salesforce CRM records, and collaborates across departments to deliver accurate solutions and maintain customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills, along with the ability to learn new products and follow service processes.
