At Webfleet, we are looking for a Marketing Manager for the Benelux region. This is not a typical marketing role. This is a high-ownership position where you will drive real business impact in the Benelux, working closely with Sales and senior stakeholders. What you’ll do 

  • Own and execute the Benelux marketing strategy with a clear focus on pipeline and revenue impact 

  • Act as a true partner to Sales: align, challenge, and drive results together 

  • Develop and execute campaigns (including ABM) that convert into measurable business outcomes 

  • Collaborate with central marketing teams (product, digital, brand) across Europe 

  • Build strong relationships with partners, resellers, and internal stakeholders 

  • Ensure high-quality execution across campaigns, events, and customer journeys 

  • Manage budget, KPIs, and performance reporting

Who you are (experience & skills) 

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing (SaaS/Tech preferred) 

  • Strong in campaign execution, demand generation, and funnel thinking 

  • Data-driven, structured, and results-oriented 

  • Comfortable operating independently while collaborating closely with stakeholders 

  • Hands-on yet strategic; able to switch between execution and planning 

  • Native Dutch, fluent in English 

 

What success looks like in the first month 

  • You quickly build strong relationships with Sales and key stakeholders 

  • You take ownership of the Benelux plan and identify clear improvement opportunities 

  • You contribute actively in meetings and bring ideas, not just updates 

  • You demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and consistently high standards from day one
