Leads the development, improvement, and maintenance of tire manufacturing processes. Evaluates production and laboratory data, establishes specifications, conducts experiments and trials, improves quality and productivity, reduces costs, and supports new product development. Investigates nonconforming materials, develops corrective actions, ensures compliance with standards, and collaborates with plant, technical center, and corporate teams. Uses statistical methods to solve complex process problems and mentors junior engineers.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to retail leadership across Georgia and Alabama, supporting more than 1,200 teammates and 120 locations. Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, organizational development, workforce planning, employment-law compliance, HR analytics, change management, engagement, retention, headcount management, and recruiting coordination. The role partners with store leaders, HR centers of excellence, and area managers while traveling regionally up to 50%.

Serves as the primary finance partner to U.S. Sales, supporting pricing, demand planning, forecasting, reporting, and ROI analysis. Leads sales analytics initiatives using Power BI, consolidates global demand plans, oversees pricing administration and compliance, updates OEM material pricing, and supports monthly accounting close through analysis, journal entries, and reconciliations. Presents insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
