Support plant IT by installing, configuring, maintaining computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Assist with network capacity analysis, design and technical analysis of LAN/WAN, switches, multiplexers, front-end processors, and help ensure SLA compliance to support manufacturing operations.

Provides clerical and administrative support, including managing office supplies, preparing purchase orders, sorting and shipping mail and packages, copying documents, maintaining mail and copy room equipment, and entering data into office systems. Works under moderate supervision and communicates information requiring basic explanation or interpretation.

Own and prioritize the technical product backlog, translating business needs into API-level epics, features, and user stories. Coordinate delivery across backend, frontend, MuleSoft integration, and DevOps teams, manage dependencies, refine work, support sprint planning, remove blockers, and ensure quality delivery. The role also involves stakeholder negotiation, process improvement, automation, and coaching junior product professionals across distributed and offshore teams.
