Convert engineering requirements and BOMs into detailed manufacturing specifications for consumer tires; validate completeness and manufacturability; release and maintain specs in enterprise systems; liaise with plants and engineering to resolve issues; use data analysis tools to ensure data integrity and drive automation and process improvements.

Support scale-up of polymer products across distillation, reaction, flash, and drying operations. Lead continuous improvement, process control optimization, trials, troubleshooting, data-driven analysis, capital project scoping, start-up/commissioning, and collaborate with R&D, operations, maintenance, and vendors to implement manufacturing solutions.
