Provides strategic leadership for BRIC TV, Studio BK, and Community Media. Oversees programming, editorial direction, content development, production, distribution, community media services, partnerships, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation. Supervises associate directors, integrates media programs, develops pathways for emerging creators, and represents BRIC with funders, community stakeholders, and industry partners.

Manages BRIC’s venue rentals program, including sales, lead qualification, client relationships, contracts, pricing, payments, and revenue tracking. Oversees event planning, walk-throughs, front-of-house operations, on-site execution, accessibility, and vendor coordination. Supervises audience services staff and collaborates with production, marketing, operations, and front-of-house teams to deliver successful events and achieve revenue goals.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, month-end and year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Support audits, compliance, internal controls, and Form 990/CHAR500 filings. Prepare analyses for management reporting, collaborate across teams, and improve accounting processes to ensure accurate nonprofit financial information.

Lead and execute BRIC's corporate partnership strategy to generate revenue and brand impact. Source, negotiate, and manage sponsorships end-to-end, oversee activation and fulfillment, collaborate across departments, track performance in Salesforce, and represent BRIC externally to grow and retain partners.

Manage technical planning and execution for BRIC's live events and exhibitions, overseeing crews, vendors, equipment, fabrication, installations, and budgets from inception through strike. Coordinate with curators, artists, producers, and departments; recruit and supervise freelance crew; maintain shop and inventory; ensure safety protocols and documentation for in-person, hybrid, and virtual programming.

Support BRICs government fundraising and external affairs by managing grant applications, contracts, compliance, reporting, payment tracking, and CRM data. Monitor funding opportunities and policy developments, draft briefing materials, coordinate meetings with officials and partners, support advocacy and civic events, and collaborate across departments to produce impact reports and maintain government-facing systems and contact databases.
