Provide HRIS administration and payroll support including timecard review, payroll adjustments, ADP reporting, personnel file management, benefits administration, recruitment/onboarding support, employee relations assistance, and coordination of staff engagement and administrative processes for the People & Culture department.

Lead planning and execution of BRIC's live events and media capture, supervise production managers and freelance crew, manage budgets/vendors, ensure safety and technical standards, coordinate cross-departmentally, and oversee multi-camera and broadcast productions for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.
