Manage day-to-day broadcast, studio, and IT operations; supervise and develop technical staff; ensure reliable broadcast and streaming workflows; administer enterprise systems (Salesforce, Momentus); implement technology governance and AI tool policies; coordinate cross-departmental technology needs, budgets, vendor relationships, and disaster recovery practices.

Oversee day-to-day operations of BRIC venues including facilities, building management, rentals, and audience services. Manage and train operations staff, coordinate capital projects and vendors, implement event management systems, collaborate across departments, track budgets and revenue, and ensure safety, accessibility, and compliance.

Manage technical planning and execution for BRIC's live events and exhibitions, overseeing crews, vendors, equipment, fabrication, installations, and budgets from inception through strike. Coordinate with curators, artists, producers, and departments; recruit and supervise freelance crew; maintain shop and inventory; ensure safety protocols and documentation for in-person, hybrid, and virtual programming.
