The Senior Technical Product Owner defines tactical product vision, manages and prioritizes feature backlogs, supports technical roadmaps, and leads multiple Agile teams. Responsibilities include stakeholder alignment, requirements documentation, risk mitigation, process optimization, cross-functional dependency management, production support, and customer experience improvements. The role also mentors product owners and supports recruitment and engagement efforts.

Supports enterprise initiative governance through audits, review cadences, scorecard validation, leadership dashboards, presentations, process documentation, training, and continuous improvement. Provides legal department document, contract, litigation, corporate governance, and data administration support. Maintains legal records, contract databases, matter-management systems, and governance documentation; coordinates contract execution, reporting, document intake, board materials, meetings, and outside counsel requests. Reviews legal documents, researches contract terms, supports regulatory requests, and handles confidential administrative tasks while managing deadlines and multiple priorities.

Leads governance for enterprise forecasting and budgeting by maintaining policies, process maps, taxonomies, SOPs, controls, and Archer artifacts. Monitors forecast health, process adherence, documentation completeness, control execution, cycle readiness, and emerging risks. Partners with Finance, Risk, Control, Technology, and business owners to coordinate updates, report concerns, track remediation, and ensure issues are properly documented, escalated, and closed.

Design and deliver production agent runtimes and multi-agent frameworks (policy execution, planners, state/memory, tool-routing). Implement reasoning loops (ReAct, CoT, ToT), safety controls, deterministic tool‑chaining, observability/evaluation pipelines, and scale platforms on Kubernetes. Mentor engineers, define SLOs and telemetry, integrate RAG/graph memory, and collaborate with product, data, and backend teams while ensuring compliance and PII‑minimization.

Executive leader defining and executing enterprise platform engineering strategy across cloud, platform services, DevSecOps, SRE, IaC, automation, and developer enablement. Oversees multiple platform organizations, governance, cloud transformation, reliability, security-by-design, FinOps, vendor and investment planning, and builds high-performing leadership teams to improve scalability, efficiency, and engineering productivity.

The Director of Fraud Strategy leads analysis of fraud trends, develops mitigation strategies, and manages a team of analysts to optimize fraud controls and minimize losses. The role includes performance measurement and development of creative fraud-risk solutions to support business growth.
