The Membership Development Representative is responsible for retaining and expanding account relationships, acquiring new members, and promoting credit union growth through community engagement and events.

The Accounting Supervisor oversees the accounting department’s operations, provides training, manages staff tasks, and ensures compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

The Membership Development Representative is responsible for attracting new members, retaining relationships, planning events, conducting outreach, and ensuring regulatory compliance for the credit union.

Performs daily accounting tasks including posting journal entries, reconciling ledgers and bank transactions, processing ACH/wires/cards, handling AR/AP, preparing reports, maintaining files, supporting regulatory compliance (BSA/OFAC/etc.), and assisting department administrative duties.

Provide member-facing financial services including deposits, withdrawals, wires, and loan support. Open and close accounts, process and verify loan documentation, balance cash drawer, follow lending policies and regulations, recommend products, and perform other branch duties.

Provide member service and process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, wires, loan payments). Open and close accounts, assist with loan interviews, prepare and review loan documents, ensure regulatory compliance, balance cash drawer, and recommend credit union products.

Lead the credit union's compliance, risk management, BSA/AML, and vendor management programs. Oversee compliance reviews, monitoring, reporting, staff development, and coordination with Audit to ensure regulatory adherence and risk controls.
