Leads all HR activities for a manufacturing plant, including employee and labor relations, recruiting, workforce planning, performance management, training, compliance, engagement, investigations, HR reporting, and policy implementation. Advises plant leadership, supports safety and workplace accommodations, manages HRIS records and payroll coordination, and partners with corporate HR on organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Supports Aptean Ross ERP and integrated systems for manufacturing and distribution operations. Troubleshoots sales, purchase, production, inventory, financial, EDI, labeling, document, and printer-related transaction issues. Performs controlled data corrections, validates data integrity, monitors integration queues, supports EDI partner onboarding, coordinates with vendors, documents resolutions, and recommends workflow improvements. The role serves as a liaison between IT and operations while transitioning into full ERP operational support ownership.
