Lead all plant operations at the Sauk Rapids USDA processing facility, overseeing production, maintenance, quality, sanitation, warehouse, and safety. Drive lean continuous improvement, operational excellence, team development, budget and project management, regulatory compliance, and data-driven performance improvements while fostering a safety-first, engaged workforce.

Supervise daily grinding and packaging production operations, ensuring food safety, quality, and workplace safety. Lead and develop hourly teams, coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and HR, track production metrics and documentation, support USDA/HACCP requirements, drive process improvements, and participate in incident response and production planning activities.

Lead and supervise quality assurance and technical development for food processing, ensuring compliance with USDA and food-safety standards, conducting audits, driving process improvements, training staff, managing projects and reporting, and supporting cross-functional teams. Travel to sites 10-15% and back up the Sauget QA Manager as needed.
