Support housekeeping and maintenance by cleaning public areas, restocking supplies, distributing linens, assisting housekeepers, completing deep-cleaning projects, reporting maintenance or safety issues, and responding promptly to guest requests to maintain a welcoming hotel environment.

Lead hotel sales strategy and operations to grow revenue, REVPAR, and occupancy. Secure new and repeat business via outside sales, site tours, proposals, and community engagement. Collaborate on forecasting, budgets, revenue management, and train staff on sales and upselling.

Lead month-end close and financial reporting for multiple hotel properties including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Support tax reporting, audits, compliance, treasury, and accounting controls. Serve as primary accounting contact for hotel operations, identify process improvements, administer accounting systems, and support special projects, acquisitions, and transitions.
