Manage daily HR operations for the hotel including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance coaching, benefits coordination, payroll support, compliance with employment laws, training and development, retention monitoring, and employee engagement initiatives.

Lead hotel sales strategy and operations to grow revenue, REVPAR, and occupancy. Secure new and repeat business via outside sales, site tours, proposals, and community engagement. Collaborate on forecasting, budgets, revenue management, and train staff on sales and upselling.

Support housekeeping and maintenance by cleaning public areas, restocking supplies, distributing linens, assisting housekeepers, completing deep-cleaning projects, reporting maintenance or safety issues, and responding promptly to guest requests to maintain a welcoming hotel environment.
