Support hotel sales by assisting lead generation, coordinating group bookings and contracts, maintaining sales records, conducting site tours, representing the hotel at events, contributing to forecasting, and collaborating with operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Serve as strategic sales leader for two hotel properties, developing and executing sales strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and revenue. Drive new and repeat business through prospecting, relationship building, proposals, contract negotiation, and event representation. Manage sales pipelines, reporting, forecasting, revenue planning, and collaboration with GMs and teams to ensure guest satisfaction and successful event execution.

Support housekeeping and maintenance by cleaning public areas, restocking supplies, distributing linens, assisting housekeepers, completing deep-cleaning projects, reporting maintenance or safety issues, and responding promptly to guest requests to maintain a welcoming hotel environment.
