Supports hotel sales efforts through lead generation, client follow-up, proposal preparation, group booking coordination, site tours, and sales reporting. Maintains accurate records, participates in revenue forecasting, monitors market and competitor activity, and collaborates with hotel teams to ensure smooth guest experiences. The role also trains staff on sales processes and represents the hotel at community and industry events.

Lead month-end close and financial reporting for multiple hotel properties including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Support tax reporting, audits, compliance, treasury, and accounting controls. Serve as primary accounting contact for hotel operations, identify process improvements, administer accounting systems, and support special projects, acquisitions, and transitions.
