Manage competing deadlines, improve processes, document procedures, and provide clear technical guidance to clients. The role operates in a hybrid, high-volume environment and offers growth into advanced HRIS, implementation, or HR business partner work.

Supports personal and commercial insurance accounts through policy servicing, endorsements, certificates, renewals, client inquiries, and documentation. Assists with workers’ compensation and general liability audits by reviewing payroll and classification data, coordinating with carriers, and communicating results. Collaborates with Payroll and Benefits teams, supports proposals and renewals, maintains organized files, and completes training toward a Massachusetts Property and Casualty license.

Facilitate insurance policy sales and renewals, serve as a liaison between clients and carriers, resolve client concerns, advise on coverage changes, manage policy modifications, cross-sell services, and maintain accurate client records in automation systems.
