Lead process development and optimization for printing, die cutting, lamination, assembly and converting. Support NPI, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), capability studies, troubleshoot production/quality issues, implement CAPA, drive Kaizen/Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, evaluate materials/equipment, coordinate tooling/ECN/ERP, ensure ISO compliance, prepare SOPs and participate in audits.

Design, configure, and troubleshoot vision-guided robotic automation (Epson SCARA) for production. Lead integration, validation, and optimization of pick-and-place and control systems. Support manufacturing with process improvements, project and CAPEX management, PLC/CNC diagnostics, DOE/FMEA analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure reliable production launches and uptime.

Support production activities for TTCS TCU/Adaptor/Sockets, ensuring products meet customer requirements. Evaluate, troubleshoot, modify, and test electronic parts, components, and integrated circuitry throughout manufacturing processes.

Performs brazing operations (B Grade) on-site, operating brazing equipment, ensuring part quality and adherence to safety and production standards at the Woburn facility.

Plan and run laboratory testing for material performance, develop test plans and work instructions, ensure data accuracy, perform incoming material inspections (including XRF), conduct MSA on equipment, train testers, coordinate third-party labs, analyze and report results, and support quality improvement initiatives.

Drive sales and business development for semiconductor testing products by developing strategies, identifying new markets, maintaining customer relationships, providing technical demos with R&D, reporting market analysis and forecasts, and representing the company at trade shows. Frequent travel required.

Manage and grow strategic global customer accounts for Boyd's Thermal and Engineered Materials across Industrial, Data Center, and Semiconductor markets. Develop integrated product solutions, drive sales, build customer relationships, perform market analysis, oversee quotations and project schedules, collaborate with engineering and sales operations, negotiate commercial terms, and use Salesforce to track opportunities. Frequent local and periodic international travel may be required.

Design and validate mass-production tooling and processes, support customers on technical and new-project communication, create process and engineering documents (WI, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow), maintain BOM and routing in IFS, and manage outsourced product quotations, samples, and technical support.

Support engineering by designing tooling and fixtures, generating work instructions, aiding QC dispositions, performing data analysis (including CMM), operating metal and plastic 3D printers and post-processing, reviewing customer documentation, assisting R&D and minor assembly/inspection, and participating in engineering reviews and RCCA.

Build relationships, develop sales strategies, coordinate with engineering and operations, manage quotations and CRM (Salesforce), and travel (including international) to win business and support project implementation.

Plan and optimize manufacturing processes to minimize cycle time and cost. Create and modify VMC/CAM programs, perform FAI, support MRB and quality directives, maintain tooling/fixture records, produce SOPs/work instructions, lead continuous improvement, and validate tooling and processes. Requires proficiency with SolidWorks, Mastercam, Microsoft Office/Outlook, CNC operation, and basic CMM knowledge.

Three-year on-site apprenticeship rotating through the company's commercial departments. Trainees work in each department, contribute to daily tasks, and complete training with a final examination. Role provides cross-functional experience while supporting existing staff; lower apprentice salary during training.
