Define system architectures, requirements, interfaces, verification plans, and traceability across the product lifecycle. Lead subsystem integration, prototype bring-up, trade studies, compliance reviews, root cause analysis, risk mitigation, DFMEA, validation testing, customer technical discussions, and sustaining engineering for CDU products supporting AI, HPC, and hyperscale data centers.

Leads optimization and development of manufacturing processes for aluminum vacuum-brazed heat exchangers and cold plates. Oversees new product introduction, quality controls, equipment uptime, maintenance, continuous improvement, safety compliance, and production issue resolution. Serves as the technical authority for liquid-to-liquid and liquid-to-air heat exchanger design, sizing, optimization, deployment, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management. Performs heat transfer, thermodynamic, fluid dynamic, and CFD analyses; selects materials and heat exchanger types; investigates thermal incidents and performance degradation; and collaborates with engineering, quality, procurement, and operations teams.
