Develop strategic partnerships, support capital markets and investor engagement, present to executive leadership and Board, and lead cross-functional initiatives to realize value.

Develop and execute B2G sales strategy to win government contracts for modular and affordable housing. Identify opportunities, build relationships with government stakeholders and prime contractors, coordinate proposal development, manage full sales cycle, maintain CRM and forecasts, represent the company at industry events, and ensure procurement and compliance requirements are met.

Lead and grow Boxabl's sales organization by developing strategy, coaching the team, owning the sales cycle, managing key client relationships, optimizing sales operations, conducting market research, producing forecasts and ensuring legal, tax, and financial compliance to meet revenue targets.

Lead and manage the legal function across business units, provide counsel on corporate, commercial, employment and regulatory matters, draft and negotiate complex contracts, oversee litigation and external counsel, implement compliance and risk mitigation, support M&A and corporate governance, and mentor internal teams.

Optimize CNC machining and production processes: develop CAM/CNC programs, prove out setups, create work instructions, perform first-article inspections, drive continuous improvement, support PFMEA/RCCA, select tooling, and assist NPI and cross-functional manufacturing issues.

Optimize assembly processes by conducting time studies, establishing labor standards (MTM), developing standard work and process documentation, leading lean/kaizen events, improving ergonomics and workstation design, balancing lines to takt time, and tracking metrics like OEE, cycle time, and throughput.

Lead and maintain quality systems (QMS), inspections, and corrective actions for manufacturing. Manage supplier and incoming quality, define in-process and final inspections, support FAI and process validation, analyze defects, and drive continuous improvement using lean and Six Sigma methods.

Own and grow enterprise and developer B2B sales: prospect, qualify, and close multi-unit purchase agreements (50+ units). Manage full sales cycle, negotiate contracts, coordinate cross-functional deal execution, represent company at industry events, maintain CRM pipeline, and inform go-to-market strategy.

Supervise multiple production teams in the South zone to meet production goals. Train and coach staff, enforce safety and quality policies, read prints, coordinate with quality and engineering, report issues and material shortages, suggest process improvements, and maintain productivity while controlling costs.

Serve as the primary greeter and host for BOXABL visitors, lead engaging factory tours tied to sales, provide administrative reception support, and safely transport executives or VIPs. Maintain brand representation, complete visitor waivers and safety checks, manage scheduling and communications, and keep public areas presentation-ready while wearing the required all-white uniform.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, technical, professional, and corporate roles. Partner with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and hire candidates; maintain ATS records; track recruiting metrics; support onboarding, compliance, background checks, and employer branding; participate in hiring events and process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Manage end-to-end logistics operations including inbound/outbound freight, inventory control, ERP/MRP and WMS optimization, supplier management, freight negotiations, production scheduling, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement to ensure on-time delivery and cost control in a manufacturing environment.
