Serve as an enthusiastic on-camera host for walkthroughs, tours, unboxings, and reaction videos. Monitor social media trends, collaborate with internal teams to identify content opportunities, and analyze performance metrics to improve audience engagement.

Identify and secure government contracting opportunities across federal, state, local, tribal, and military agencies. Build relationships with procurement officials, housing authorities, contractors, developers, and industry partners; manage complex sales cycles through contract award and transition; coordinate proposals, partnerships, forecasting, CRM tracking, market research, and contract negotiations. The role focuses on modular housing, disaster recovery, affordable housing, military housing, and public infrastructure opportunities.
