Supervise and coach multiple assembly teams in the South zone, coordinating production activities and enforcing safety, attendance, quality, and performance standards. Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams; report shortages, incidents, delays, and quality issues. Read prints and drawings, support process improvements, maintain a safe workplace, and maximize productivity while controlling costs.

Performs entry-level production work in a construction manufacturing environment, including modifying, repairing, adjusting, fabricating, and installing components. Identifies and organizes materials, tools, fixtures, and trim; reads prints and drawings; manages inventory; reports shortages; follows production and safety processes; and maintains a clean work area. The role requires frequent lifting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, ladder use, and collaboration in a fast-paced facility.

Lead and manage the legal function across business units, provide counsel on corporate, commercial, employment and regulatory matters, draft and negotiate complex contracts, oversee litigation and external counsel, implement compliance and risk mitigation, support M&A and corporate governance, and mentor internal teams.
