Build AI-powered features, LLM integrations, and multi-step agent workflows for requirements and systems engineering software. Integrate agents with internal data sources, reason over requirements documents and system specifications, address security and data privacy, and deploy AI capabilities into production. The role requires software engineering experience, hands-on LLM integration, end-to-end ownership, and collaboration in a startup environment.

Partner with the CEO to set priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and drive high-impact projects across fundraising, product, engineering, sales, customer success, people, and operations. Own people operations, including hiring, onboarding, team development, and culture. Build and ship end-to-end product features across a React/TypeScript frontend and Go backend. Work on AI-focused engineering problems, own projects from development through delivery, collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams, and continuously improve the technology stack.

Define and implement the design system, improve the platform’s UI/UX, design user experiences for new features, and build and ship frontend functionality using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind. Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success while owning work end to end. The role requires strong frontend development and web design experience, product sense, and a portfolio demonstrating design quality. Backend development upskilling is optional.

Work directly with the founder across revenue growth, customer onboarding, product feedback, recruiting, internal operations, events, stakeholder management, and investor relations. The Founding Product Manager will lead product discovery, define requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and drive initiatives from customer research through launch and iteration. The role involves close collaboration with customers, engineers, commercial teams, and Customer Success to solve complex manufacturing and systems-engineering problems. Responsibilities include prototyping, evaluating product adoption, triaging issues, improving product processes, and building BoWatt’s product function. The role requires fluent German and four days per week in the Munich office.

Generate qualified leads through cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calling; convert inbound prospects into booked demos; refine outreach messaging and sequences; participate in demos; track CRM activity; and nurture lower-priority accounts. The role works closely with the founder in a startup environment and offers a path toward account executive responsibilities.
