About BoWatt
BoWatt is building agentic requirements and systems engineering software for manufacturing. We believe AI will reach PhD-level engineering capability within the next 10 years. This will unlock massive value across several complex manufacturing industries. Cars. Planes. Rockets. Factories. Chips. Medical devices. All will be engineered with agents.
We bootstrapped BoWatt to €500k+ ARR before raising our first round. BoWatt is backed by tier-1 investors, including Atlantic Foodlabs, Buildery (CDTM affiliates), and Prequel Ventures, along with angels from Cohere and Luminovo.
You’ll join a small, exceptional team of startup builders, driven by innovation and execution. Over half the team are former founders across DeepTech AI, psychedelics, and gaming. We’ve studied and worked at top institutions and companies like Stanford, TUM, Google, EA, and YC-backed AI startups.
The role
Work directly with our founder, Steven, on whichever problems and opportunities matter most to BoWatt’s growth.
This is a high-ownership generalist role for someone who wants to learn quickly, take responsibility early, and help build an ambitious company from the ground up. You will work across different parts of BoWatt rather than joining a narrowly defined function.
Grow revenue with us. You'll get involved in the GTM function, from generating pipeline and creating sales materials to running webinars and supporting customer conversations.
Get close to our product and our customers. Support onboarding and adoption of our software in real engineering workflows, join customer calls, and help bring what you hear there back to our product team.
Define hiring needs, improve recruiting processes, and do hands-on recruiting.
Help build the foundation of the company by organising team events, improving internal processes, and keeping operations running efficiently.
Assist with stakeholder management and investor relations including the preparation of board and management-level presentations, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
You
You are entrepreneurial, hands-on, resilient and not afraid of getting your hands dirty
You care about speed and results and would rather take action than spend too long discussing what should happen

You are curious about technical products and enjoy understanding how our customers actually work
You want impact and ownership in an early-stage company
You are a self-motivated, high-energy, team player
