Qualify and close pilot customers among DACH Mittelstand and Tier-1 enterprises. Deliver tailored software demonstrations, build ROI business cases, manage the full sales pipeline, and develop expertise in BoWatt’s software and manufacturing customers. Collaborate with BDRs and work closely with the CEO during an intensive initial training period. The role requires German fluency, English communication, CRM experience, and regular office attendance in Munich.

Build AI-powered features, LLM integrations, and multi-step agent workflows for requirements and systems engineering software. Integrate agents with internal data sources, reason over requirements documents and system specifications, address security and data privacy, and deploy AI capabilities into production. The role requires software engineering experience, hands-on LLM integration, end-to-end ownership, and collaboration in a startup environment.

Partner with the CEO to set priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and drive high-impact projects across fundraising, product, engineering, sales, customer success, people, and operations. Own people operations, including hiring, onboarding, team development, and culture. Serve as a cross-company context connector and take ownership of evolving strategic priorities in a fast-moving startup environment.
