Supports construction safety programs through jobsite inspections, hazard identification, corrective actions, safety training, incident investigations, recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance. Partners with project teams, trade partners, and field leadership across Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. This fully field-based role requires daily travel to project sites and promotes a positive, proactive safety culture.

Leads multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion, overseeing safety, quality, schedules, budgets, risk, procurement, contracts, and client relationships. Directs project planning, estimating, forecasting, subcontractor selection, and trade partner coordination while mentoring project teams. Supports healthcare construction, Lean practices, QA/QC, technology adoption, compliance, and business development. Requires strong construction knowledge, leadership, problem-solving, and experience with complex delivery methods.

Leads construction quality management across preconstruction and active projects. Responsibilities include constructability reviews, project quality plans, risk mitigation, inspections, audits, corrective-action tracking in Procore, testing coordination, lessons learned, quality training, trend analysis, and continuous improvement. The role partners with owners, designers, project teams, and trade partners to reduce rework, deficiencies, and project risk while advancing the company’s quality management system and Lean practices.

Lead project teams through day-to-day execution, cost control, schedule and risk management, safety compliance, preconstruction and procurement, owner and trade partner relations, Lean/Last Planner implementation, mentorship, and support for business development on projects sized $20M–$75M.

Support project teams by managing shop drawings, document control, RFIs, submittals, change management, cost reporting, BIM MEP coordination, procurement, quality control, and subcontractor relationships to ensure projects meet plans, safety standards, schedules, and contract requirements.
