Prepare client invoices and statements, review owner contracts for billing compliance, set up jobs in accounting systems, draft journal entries, audit project costs, import budgets and change orders from project management software to ERP, produce ad hoc reports using Excel (queries and pivot tables), and assist accounts payable.

Lead project teams through day-to-day execution, cost control, schedule and risk management, safety compliance, preconstruction and procurement, owner and trade partner relations, Lean/Last Planner implementation, mentorship, and support for business development on projects sized $20M–$75M.

Support project teams by managing shop drawings, document control, RFIs, submittals, change management, cost reporting, BIM MEP coordination, procurement, quality control, and subcontractor relationships to ensure projects meet plans, safety standards, schedules, and contract requirements.

Designs, coordinates, and delivers instructor-led and eLearning training on professional development, leadership, compliance, safety, and team building. Creates lesson plans and materials, evaluates training effectiveness, maintains training records in BambooHR/LMS, manages registrations/vendors, supports train-the-trainer, and helps develop the L&D budget.
