Support and promote construction site safety by developing programs, conducting site inspections and trainings, investigating incidents, advising crews on hazards and corrective actions, coordinating with trade partners, and maintaining safety records while traveling daily to regional project sites.

Prepare client invoices and statements, review owner contracts for billing compliance, set up jobs in accounting systems, draft journal entries, audit project costs, import budgets and change orders from project management software to ERP, produce ad hoc reports using Excel (queries and pivot tables), and assist accounts payable.

Lead project teams through day-to-day execution, cost control, schedule and risk management, safety compliance, preconstruction and procurement, owner and trade partner relations, Lean/Last Planner implementation, mentorship, and support for business development on projects sized $20M–$75M.
