The Director of Payments & Risk Operations at Boulevard will manage integrated payment systems, risk performance, and drive AI-native decision-making to support growth and efficiency.

Provide broad in-house legal counsel for product and business teams, focusing on commercial contracting, payments/FinTech regulatory issues, privacy, healthcare compliance, IP, and disputes. Draft, negotiate, and manage agreements; improve contract templates and legal processes; partner with Sales, GTM, and Legal Operations to enable faster deals and build scalable workflows. Operate autonomously while escalating high-risk or strategic matters.

Perform outbound outreach (calls, email, social) to qualify leads, schedule demos, and hand off high-quality opportunities to Account Executives. Use Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn to track activity, meet activity and KPI targets, stay current on POS and self-care market trends, and participate in onboarding and ongoing sales enablement.

Lead product marketing for the Medspa vertical: own industry narrative, develop vertical GTM strategy, enable Sales/Success, run voice-of-customer and competitive research, and evaluate adjacent market opportunities to inform product and go-to-market decisions.

Own and resolve complex Tier 1 customer tickets via chat, email, text, phone, and screen-sharing. The Senior Product Manager for Developer Ecosystem will define ecosystem strategies, oversee integrations, and measure success while collaborating closely with technical and executive teams.

Serve as the primary technical contact for top SaaS accounts, driving product adoption, troubleshooting integrations and APIs, advising on configuration and optimization, managing escalations with Product and Engineering, documenting issues, supporting QBRs, and partnering with account teams to retain and expand customer relationships.

Design and deliver enablement strategy and content for CX teams to improve retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
