Provide broad in-house legal counsel for product and business teams, focusing on commercial contracting, payments/FinTech regulatory issues, privacy, healthcare compliance, IP, and disputes. Draft, negotiate, and manage agreements; improve contract templates and legal processes; partner with Sales, GTM, and Legal Operations to enable faster deals and build scalable workflows. Operate autonomously while escalating high-risk or strategic matters.

Perform outbound outreach (calls, email, social) to qualify leads, schedule demos, and hand off high-quality opportunities to Account Executives. Use Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn to track activity, meet activity and KPI targets, stay current on POS and self-care market trends, and participate in onboarding and ongoing sales enablement.

Lead product marketing for the Medspa vertical: own industry narrative, develop vertical GTM strategy, enable Sales/Success, run voice-of-customer and competitive research, and evaluate adjacent market opportunities to inform product and go-to-market decisions.
