Lead the fintech product roadmap for payments, capital, POS, reconciliation, and fraud tooling. Own in-person payment experiences, payment reliability, financial logic, and reconciliation reporting. Partner with engineering, risk, finance, and CX to scale infrastructure, automate settlement and reconciliation, reduce manual review, and translate early-stage fintech capabilities into reliable customer-facing products using data and customer insight.

Perform outbound outreach (calls, email, social) to qualify leads, schedule demos, and hand off high-quality opportunities to Account Executives. Use Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn to track activity, meet activity and KPI targets, stay current on POS and self-care market trends, and participate in onboarding and ongoing sales enablement.

Own the end-to-end vision and roadmap for Boulevard's AI Receptionist. Define how AI handles voice and text client interactions, design handoffs to humans, set success metrics (autonomous resolution, CSAT, adoption, retention), drive business outcomes and pricing, gather deep customer insight from self-care businesses, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver trustworthy, high-quality AI conversational experiences.
