Short-term (≈3-month) camp dorm renovation project seeking finishing carpenters, flooring installers, commercial painters, and mudding & taping specialists. Read layouts/blueprints, install and repair doors, floors, cabinetry, windows, partitions and ceilings, operate woodworking machinery, and adhere to maintenance standards and safety procedures. Work 14-on/14-off, 12-hour day shifts at remote project sites.

Performs general labour across oil sands site operations, including site cleanup, snow and ice removal, signage installation, painting, mowing, de-watering system setup, flagging, equipment spotting, walkway repairs, pressure washing, housekeeping, and tool storage. Operates assigned equipment safely, reports repairs, works in varying weather conditions, and supports supervisors, customers, and coworkers. No prior experience is required, though road construction or maintenance experience is preferred.

Supports day-to-day HR programs, employee and leader guidance, recruitment, onboarding, disability and leave administration, HR reporting, workforce analytics, HRIS maintenance, and process improvement projects. Builds relationships across the organization while contributing to employee experience and organizational effectiveness. The role is designed for a recent graduate or early-career HR professional and may involve occasional travel to site locations.

Provide day-to-day HR support across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, disability/leave administration, HRIS reporting, and HR projects. Work with leaders to implement HR programs, build relationships, and improve processes while gaining broad exposure to HR functions in a multi-site industrial environment.
