Perform basic non-technical maintenance and groundskeeping tasks at an O&M site under supervision. Duties include material handling, cleaning, vegetation control, snow removal, dewatering, general housekeeping, and occasional operation of skid steer or forklift. Follow work orders, safety procedures, and company policies.

Install, fabricate, and repair sheet metal products (ducts, roofing, flashing, cladding) to specifications. Measure, cut, bend, fasten, weld, and install HVAC components and air-handling equipment. Read blueprints, calculate airflow, operate fabricating machines, and mentor apprentices. Work on industrial oil-sands sites with safety and code compliance.

Short-term (≈3-month) camp dorm renovation project seeking finishing carpenters, flooring installers, commercial painters, and mudding & taping specialists. Read layouts/blueprints, install and repair doors, floors, cabinetry, windows, partitions and ceilings, operate woodworking machinery, and adhere to maintenance standards and safety procedures. Work 14-on/14-off, 12-hour day shifts at remote project sites.

Provide day-to-day HR support across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, disability/leave administration, HRIS reporting, and HR projects. Work with leaders to implement HR programs, build relationships, and improve processes while gaining broad exposure to HR functions in a multi-site industrial environment.
