The Financial Analyst leads cost accounting activities, prepares monthly financial packages and KPI reports, reconciles balance sheet and general ledger accounts, supports accruals, budgets, audits, and financial trend analysis. The role investigates discrepancies, improves accounting systems and processes, collaborates with internal departments and external auditors, and provides support to the Controller in a fast-paced office environment.

Conduct high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for site operations, including sourcing, advertising, pre-screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding coordination, career fairs, and candidate support. Partner with hiring managers, site leadership, community stakeholders, and First Nations to meet staffing needs. Manage recruitment records, testing, training, orientation, internal placements, reports, and HR data entry using Navision, BambooHR, and spreadsheets.
