Manages video and data collection at an assigned baseball affiliate, operating cameras and player-development technologies including BATS, Trackman, Hawkeye, Blast, and Kinatrax. Organizes and distributes video, performance reports, and advance scouting materials; maintains technology; resolves data and video issues; and travels with the team while transporting equipment. The role requires availability for all home and away games, including nights, weekends, holidays, and playoffs.

Supports Boston Red Sox Baseball Operations through administrative work, player research, strategic initiatives, logistics, process improvement, and video, data, and technology management. Provides support for the MLB Draft, trade deadline, free agency, and salary arbitration while developing baseball operations skills through education, mentorship, and project-based experience.

Lead administration and optimization of the finance technology stack (NetSuite, Planful, integrations). Build and maintain integrations, scripts, and queries (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteQL/SQL). Manage updates, access controls, testing, user training, and data governance. Partner with IT and finance stakeholders to deliver process automation, reporting, and a financial data warehouse while ensuring internal controls and audit readiness.
