Drive outbound prospecting and qualify inbound interest to book meetings for Sales & Delivery leaders. Execute high-volume calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach; maintain CRM hygiene; hand off qualified leads with context; partner with Marketing on event follow-up; A/B test messaging to improve conversion.

Support MANGL by performing RF systems engineering, hardware/software design, waveform development, IP networking, tactical radio and data-link integration, EMC and CSfC compliance, software/firmware development, architecture and requirements management, and acquisition documentation. Provide analytical and technical continuity for the U.S. Marine Corps Digital Interoperability team and lead technical discussions with stakeholders. Position is fully on-site at NAS Patuxent River and requires U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance eligibility.

Lead and execute end-to-end HR for BOOST/Rimstorm including HR strategy, HRIS/payroll implementation, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition oversight, benefits administration, compliance, policy maintenance, and people analytics. Serve as hands-on leader and advisor to executives while managing a small HR team and ensuring scalable, audit-ready HR operations.

Perform mission analysis, modeling, simulation, trade studies, and system-level assessments for space-based sensing and defense programs. Develop requirements, CONOPS, analytical tools, technical briefings, and reports while collaborating with cross-disciplinary SMEs and supporting customer reviews and program technical meetings.

Lead and grow a portfolio addressing emerging national security threats across DoD/DHS and related agencies. Drive business development and capture, win and expand work, lead program delivery and teams, serve as trusted advisor, and build organizational capability and thought leadership in resilience, policy, and decision-support solutions.

Provide end-to-end contract and subcontract administration and CPSR compliance support for GovCon clients, including solicitation review, redlining agreements, creating contract briefs, tracking contractual documentation, evaluating purchasing policies against FAR/DFARS, and assisting CPSR preparation under consultant supervision.

Manage HubSpot CRM hygiene, sales pipelines, and deal accuracy. Build and maintain dashboards and reports, monitor funnel metrics, partner with Sales/Marketing on processes, and document scalable revenue operations.

Evaluate program/project objectives, analyze requirements, budgets and schedules, and track status. Manage documentation, change control, data calls (RFIs/RFAs), and database/file organization. Coordinate stakeholders, meetings, travel/logistics, action items, and IPT calendars. Maintain IPT org charts and apply government processes for acquisition and program support.

Lead and advise Navy acquisition efforts for missile systems, producing and managing acquisition documentation (APs, ASR, PID, SOW, CDRLs, J&As), ensuring DoD/SECNAV compliance, conducting procurement planning and reviews, maintaining configuration control, reporting program status, and providing acquisition management guidance to IPTs and leadership.
