Lead HR and recruiting for a 280-employee DoD contractor: oversee HR operations, compliance (FAR/DFARS), benefits and payroll, employee relations, talent acquisition, HRIS/Deltek management, workforce development, and advise executive leadership on organization design and HR strategy.

Provide engineering support for Air Combat Electronics at NAVAIR, focusing on software-defined radios (Embedded COMSEC, anti-jam, SATCOM). Tasks include reviewing ECPs/CDRLs, drafting technical white papers and integration plans, testing ARC-210 capabilities, systems integration and validation, developing test inputs and procedures, and writing process and design documentation to meet military standards.

Provide systems engineering and integration support for the MANGL family of systems, focusing on hardware/software integration, networking, EMC, tactical data links, waveform development, CSfC compliance, testing, and stakeholder briefings to ensure interoperable, resilient communications for aviation and maritime platforms.

Provide subject-matter engineering support for the ADTS/MAST system including hardware/software integration, troubleshooting PTRs on the ADTS test bench, test planning and execution, requirements evaluation, verification/validation, SETR participation, configuration/change management, and coordination with platform teams to meet integration schedules and technical milestones.

Provide direct support to the APMSE/DAPMSE by coordinating and running meetings, capturing minutes and action items, managing calendars and SharePoint/Teams/PLM systems, compiling briefs and data calls, tracking staffing and financial planning, monitoring CDRLs and airworthiness artifacts, and supporting flight clearance, RIOs, and other systems engineering processes and taskers.

Provide full-life-cycle accounting support for government contracting clients, including AP/AR, payroll, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliations, and DCAA/FAR compliance. Serve as client-facing account lead, maintain proactive communication, ensure accurate financial records, and support process improvements across multiple engagements.

Provide cradle-to-grave contracts and subcontract administration for GovCon clients, review solicitations for FAR compliance, redline and prepare agreements, create contract briefs, track contractual documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
