Support the MANGL family of systems with systems engineering, hardware/software and communications integration, IP networking, tactical data links, waveform development, EMC compliance, CSfC implementation, testing, and stakeholder coordination to ensure interoperable avionics and resilient communications.

Support MANGL by performing RF systems engineering, hardware/software design, waveform development, IP networking, tactical radio and data-link integration, EMC and CSfC compliance, software/firmware development, architecture and requirements management, and acquisition documentation. Provide analytical and technical continuity for the U.S. Marine Corps Digital Interoperability team and lead technical discussions with stakeholders. Entry-level Electrical Engineer supporting NAVAIR Air Combat Electronics. Assist senior engineers with analysis, design, testing, and integration of military communications systems. Duties include reviewing engineering change proposals and CDRLs, drafting technical documentation, supporting systems integration and QA testing, and preparing test plans and reports while learning Navy systems-integration tools and processes.

Perform mission analysis, modeling, simulation, trade studies, and system-level assessments for space-based sensing and defense programs. Develop requirements, CONOPS, analytical tools, technical briefings, and reports while collaborating with cross-disciplinary SMEs and supporting customer reviews and program technical meetings.

Drive outbound prospecting and qualify inbound interest to book meetings for Sales & Delivery leaders. Execute high-volume calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach; maintain CRM hygiene; hand off qualified leads with context; partner with Marketing on event follow-up; A/B test messaging to improve conversion.
